The controls are two small ones tucked in under somewhere, I can't remember where they were

you are either a very large man or that guitar is tiny, Shane.
Is there a particular reason they leave the spring cavity uncovered?
i play a megafeth style..really heavy with alot of squeals and deadened/muffing chords and it was awesome.

and the knot in the back adds caractor...i even have a proper custom here with 4 knots on the front that will also blow any other custom guitar away for the purpose its been made for..

Looks to be about normal size of a Forest-GT really.

Most of the custom ESPs with Floyds seem to lack a trem cover. Who needs 'em anyway? :-D

Yes and yes, who needs 'em?

And yes again, I'm a bear of a man, indeed, it's true

looks smaller than I imagined. If I suddenly found 20k, I can't think of any other guitar I would rather buy

the description on the ebay thing said it was the 2 little brass buttons on the top above the floyd i think..i presumed it was the 2 that shane is almost pointing at with his right hand in the first picture

edit: from the auction: "Also, the tone and volume controls are cleverly disguised in the armor plating at the top of the body. The two brass buttons control the electronics."
Image

on second look, my guess would be the 2 brass buttons are to choose pickups, and the red bits on the armour stuff is the volume/tone

It's a Parallel Axis Trembucker of some sort. Not sure which one exactly.
