Really liking that Shane :smt023 I prefer the chaos stars as inlays rather than the body mount but each to their own. Still a fine lookin guitar :D

We'd actually played around with steampunk type of bolt-on accroutement and finishes and such and stripped it down to the simple bit of bling that, if we wanted to later, we could also remove and distress or change out or what have you. The black nickel was chose rather than black too to draw some attention to hardware and the star and enhance the slight bit of metallic in the finish as opposed to sinking everything back with black. Went through heaps of mock ups of ideas. ESP got this bang on to the mock up too, everything exactly as planned. The chaos star ties in with the Serenity Defiled artwork. Probably not known to most, the most remarkable thing about working on specs with Ricky is the fellow is blind.
