New Lynch Kamikaze Random Star

Post by guitarsatbmusic » Thu Mar 04, 2010 11:27 am

Now, many of us would be familiar with Anchang using one of these, but this has come through this morning as the new Lynch Kamikaze, with George used as the reference. Not sure what that's about.

I love the look of that guitar minus the inlays.

Is GL still relevant :) I mean I dig his signature amp (which he never uses :)) but as Eddie Murphy says in Raw "What have you done for me lately"
Either you're a part of the problem or you're a part of the solution. What's your contribution to life???

I saw a pic of Anchang with one of those on the ESP Jap site. I like it.

So here's the deal.
Anchang is a big Lynch fan and wanted a Kamikaze finish, but obviously he's known for Random Stars. Lynch's permission was sought to make one for Anchang. He agreed, as long as he was able to get one going too :) The inlays were changed for George's as Anchang's, as with most all of his, has Skull & Bones.
This is Custom Shop only, no Signature (Standard) Series. Around AUD$8,000 for Aussie buyers

That's the story I heard last year (Oct09) when Anchang was seen in various publications with this axe. I'd really like one but the 45mm nut is just too much for me...then again...since it's now CS... :-D

^ That's it mate. I'm sure Lynch won't mind a narrower nut being put on one 8-)

Had this with him at the clinic, but didnt play it.
I asked him about it (told him i love it haha), apparantly took a year to build, and so far only 2 a kicking around.

He said he nearly considering selling to someone yesterday too
