Hopefully next week mate. E-II have gone up about 15% I'm told. All the ESP badged will be plenty $ as all Original Series. Think $7K+

Holy crap, there is a LOT to like in this thread.

Clearly I've been out of the game too long because I have no idea what an "E-II" is. Is that a new name for standard series ESP, or something else?

^ Pretty much. I think the general gist of it was that they wanted to largely keep the official ESP brand in Japan so they cut down most of what was available internationally, but then basically all the same models (and then some) came back with the E-II branding. And a little cheaper too maybe, probably not built in the same place....*

*Going all off my terrible memory so don't take it as gospel.

As soon as I saw that I assumed you would have one on order.

Very cool stuff. That LTD Warbird distressed looks wicked. As does the Iron Cross, although personally I think I prefer the black and gold version.

Those FRX models might be my favourite though.... goddam. xD

The ESP FRX CTM, E-II FRX FM, E-II Horizon-III FM, E-II ST-2 FM Maple all look incredible.

Interesting to see ESP using a lot more of the set-thru neck construction too. Not sure if that's a new trend, but I like it.

Some interesting new guitars there, surprised how much I'm liking the new Horizon headstock. Shocked they've culled the lineup so much if this is going to be everything; the baritone Tele 7's were massively popular online.

Shane, will there be anything new released for the rest of the world at MusikMesse or is this it globally for the year? If so, my hopes for a green Horizon are dashed once more and I may just buy a new guitar I've been fancying now rather than holding off for a few more months.

It doesn't look like much of anything new will be at 'Messe, no. Lots of consolidation this year. We'll see how this new way goes a while I guess and they'll play it by ear.
I was initially pissed when we received word they were doing a white E-II T-7 considering we had ours coming, but they made it sans pick guard and with rosewood board. To find it was also regular scale was also baffling, I too was surprised by that. The T-7 in a baritone is the single most popular E-II. Just glad we have our 4 white ones and 3 more black satin arriving before they're a goner.

Thanks for clearing that up Shane, much appreciated :) Can't blame you for being annoyed about the white Tele model, I was surprised when I saw it announced too. On the plus side though, the special run baritones you'll be getting look far far classier and I'm sure there'll be more interest for them.

My black Tele 7 is back at ESP getting repaired/replaced as there were a load of minor cosmetic finishing flaws with it, really wish they'd hurry up and get back to me with an update because they really hit the nail on the head with that model.
