My Introduction, and a very hard question?

Post by JaguarGod087 » Thu Aug 07, 2008 11:28 am

hey guys hows it going, I have been reading this forum for ages and it actually gave me the courage to import some guitars.I myself am obviously a big fan of edwards/esp guitars, and this really is the best place to talk about them.I have quite a tough question to answer and it is about a very certain edwards guitar.I was wondering if anyone knew the offical model number and or name of the edwards kozi signature model? and also perhaps were I could find one to buy. Theyre is actually a mini one for sale right now on digimart, but I want the real one! so does anyone know anything about it? or perhaps maybe a step in the right direction?

oh yes and I have pictures of my edwards mana signature model a e-jfx
if anyone would like those.

Hey man, welcome!
I have a guy been asking me about that JFX for a long time, post some pics, that'd be great!
Do you mean Kozi's Edwards based on the AW-500?

Yea the guitar im talking about is kozi's aw-500 however the edwards version is what im looking for, but about the mana guitar.I was worried at first when I purchased it I had no clue eh how good it would be to play. The guitar has a really great heavy sound to it but handles soloing very well, and sometimes I wonder how many people in america have one of these...... yea ^_^ but anyway heres one of the pics.

Looks great man.
The Edwards Kozi was around nine or ten years ago briefly. I believe it was the E-AW-50

I wouldnt think there's a specific resource to track one down, aside from maybe eBay and the like, they were reasonably rare as far as Edwards go.

I've seen those Edwards floating around eBay and I was seriously thinking of getting one myself but wasn't sure how it would sound.

I also was thinking of buying It and using the 18v mod on the EMG, but that is WAY overpriced on ebay. Like 1700+ for a $1100 guitar

If you got about $3k you're willing to part with there's an ESP AW-550 on ebay now.

Oh good lord, you have one of those mana sigs

I've always had a soft spot for them to be honest. The only thing I don't approve is 21frets/1 pup.

Loving the mana sig, always have done tbh and come very close to buying on the bay a few times.
Have to say the fact that the neck inlays says something like " little girl"in french kinda puts me off lol
But yea really got a want to take it to sims leds and get them to rout out the cross on the body and fit it with some red leds.
that would rock
*Fact- That lady has 4 Chins
