I just bought a Sugizo Edwards model (E-CL-96I) & was wondering if I could change the stock pickups to Seymour Duncans (similar to what is being used on an ESP S-1)
Just wondering how complex would the change be? I have some experience in wire soldering, so I want to get a feel of what I will get myself into before I take the plunge and go out buying a new set of pickups. What SD pickups would you guys recommend as I can't seem to find those antiquities that Sugizo uses.
There's so many SD models. Any recommendation on specific models that will fit the Edwards is highly appreciated.

Will these fit? And to swap them, do I just remove the stock pickups and install these in, without having to rewire the guitar?
I changed my picksup from my EP-158A [fire-kun] from ESP house pickups to SD TB-5's pretty easily. First time for me too.. took me about 1.5 hours, because I was just being very careful.
Any recommendations on what antiquity to go for>
Didn't Sugizo use Antiquity Custom Bridge pickups in the old S-I? Seems he's using Antiquity II Surfers (neck, middle) in the S-VIII now.
You might have to see if you can get ones without the strat baseplates (is this possible?) or rout them out to fit since all his guitars seem to have those EMG type routs.
Or you could put some Lace Sensors or Jaguar pickups in there also.
