Re: What Are You Listening To?

Chris' guitar solo from Tyrants of the Rising Sun concert... the best.

Now Chris is gone again, Michael is playing Deans.. AE is simply dying.

Yep I'm definitely interested in trades but a Horus isn't my style, sorry! More of an Angelus guy.

FS/FT: ESP Eclipse-I Standard (Black) $1400 dropped price

Located in Sydney, Australia. This is a MIJ Standard Series Eclipse bought one or two years back and barely played. Mostly has lived in its case. There are two 'dings', one on the face and one on the back, both are very minor and hard to spot (also, not into the wood). Besides that and some barely v...

Re: family complete

Bit late to the party but I'm generally a big fan of the Forest family and I really enjoyed reading your write up. I used to own the same original series GT as you but my skill level as a guitarist back then was pitiful. I let it go in a trade and barely even remember playing it. Even then, I could ...

Re: Question about Sugizo Eclipse flying V

He only has a V in the V-III config, and no corresponding Edwards/Grassroots model to speak of.

Re: New Soilwork song

I've always been into melodic death but never into Soilwork. The guitar work is good but the vocals are always bothering me..

Re: ESP Telecasters

For straight up Tele then Edwards/Navigator/Ron Woods are your best bet. Alternatively there's also that Throbber line from Original Series, and Shin's signature guitars (http://espguitars.co.jp/artist/shin/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).

This is the best shit. Reminds me of Hizaki's H-III, obviously except yours is a lot more special.

Re: Best place to find used custom shop / CS sigs?

Kurosawagakki and Wax Music Red Branch (google them) can probably get you those ESPs (I've emailed them several times before), but most likely only on order and you'll have to wait a bit. Unless you're lucky of course. I generally don't use digimart because most of the stores don't ship overseas, bu...

Amott (both of them) rule. No other guitarists have inspired me to play lead like they have. I suppose everyone's seen this, but:

Re: Finally, a famous guitarist bashes Hamster's vibrato

I've heard many bands that will probably never touch the exposure/fame of Metallica, yet are light years ahead both composition-wise/musician-wise. But this is only my opinion.
