Ah I just found the earlier thread on the bridges, yeah it sucks that their using Licensed FR's on Edwards now. But I suppose unless your a big trem abuser, these things are probably reasonably stable if their blocked.

And as Shane said, either it's either this cheaper hardware or price goes flying high.

Do the latest standard series come with OFR or 1000 series?

OFR on Standard Series, they wouldn't want to go changing that :O
I will be very interested to see if the E-KL-170SE arriving in the morning is OFR as it's fresh out of the factory, was ordered some months ago and first of the new stock but obviously shipped out about two or three weeks ago. It's only in the last week or so I've noticed the change on the specs officially.

Oh yes, it's certainly up there in terms of LFRs, but there's no matching the high-end or OFRs.

What can you guys say about the neck on this? what's it like? whats it similar to? this guitar's pretty good..

Its a horizon neck i think. The scalloped frets feel awesome. 8)
