Dont worry, the guitar still intact, (and the original pickups and still in a box
), but I cant tell you the guitar sounds way better and more powerfull now than with the EMGs.

), but I cant tell you the guitar sounds way better and more powerfull now than with the EMGs.
my guitarist just started using BKP warpigs in his guitars and i find they have a bit more bottom end but definitely are not more powerful. his tone is very muffled sounding and he has nowhere near as much gain from his guitar as i do with emg 85's. his sound from his BKPs seems more suited to stoner or doom metal and his tone doesnt cut through very well. we recorded some demos and i remember we had to boost his gain a lot to get it to match mine on the recording and we had to use a lot of EQ on a plugin to get his tone to cut through.
