Re: Anyone have a Horizon NT-II NTL ?

I have one, i must say it's an amazing guitar, it's really the only guitar i play. Never seen it in that colour, looks extremely sexy. Basically a great guitar in every way, only thing i could complain about is while the JB pickup is good in the bridge, it's not the best. P.S i'm not selling :P. Try...

Re: Dual Vs Triple Rectumfrier

this question literally depends on the amount extra you have to pay for a triple rec, and "is it worth it?". The 2 amps are identical (i think) in the preamp, it's just the extra "50 watt block" they put in the poweramp which is in the triple rectifier, although you've got to thi...

Re: Buying Amps Internationally

2 Channel dual recs are extremely old, i think he wants to buy a new one. With the dual rec if its from overseas you should just change the transformer in Australia, instead of buying a power adapter. This is because the power adaptor you'll have to buy costs quite a lot since the amp is 100w, and t...

Re: MI Audio (Aussie Made Amps) ???

i saw a review for this in a guitar mag. Seemed bloody good, much like a roadking yes or a triamp Featurewise. When one comes to Melbourne i'll be trying one for sure. Currently i'm not too excited about it since it's pretty much their first go at something like this and i wouldn't expect it to be ...

i've got one, fantastic amp. However it sounds much, much better with the 4x12 cab if you can afford that. Excellent cleans, a brighter amp than most metal amps. For value it's one of the extremely good amps up there. For small venues it's excellent. It doesn't way too much either. The only problem ...

Firstly, forget those stupid ways to remember the treble clef or bass clef, it simply goes EFGABCDE. Remember that E and B have no Sharps while everything else does. then know what all the strings are eg E string, A, D, G, B, E (standard tuning) and work your way from there. However the easiest way ...

Soloists are good. The Colours they come in are awesome too (snakeskin rocks).

The only thing they don't do well with them is make the pickups splittable. That would make them so much better to buy.

i must have at least ten picks in my pocket or on my amp when i'm on stage, however i only use 1 for the entire show. I usually refrain from eating a lot before because of some nerves, and the fact that my food always comes late and i never get time to eat it. Yeah, and warming up, making sure your ...

Nice. I can hear the difference in the presence. I see what you mean when you say it's good for staccato, because it sounds awesome that way, but if you don't staccato and just keep stroking, the presence would go out of control.

Nice and relaxed as always. Thanks for the clip.

Do you have guitars with EMGs? I'd like to see some sort of comparison clip. That would help everyone heaps here.

yeah i'm just angry with that guy from canberra who imports mesa. He must be making a killing off selling them to other places in Australia. So i do take back my comment about Mesa being tight to overseas customers, but i do think that there is an RRP there for something. All mesa amps are great of ...
