Signature Horus TAT Dellinger Orbit Angelus

Angelus is reborn with 22 frets.
A new body, slightly altered body shape has been developed for the new Angelus 22, eliminating 2 frets from the previously available Angelus.
Controls are derived from the original Angelus rotary switch mode, coupled with 2-volume controls, the Angelus 22 is capable of a wide variety of tones.
Other changes made from the original Angelus include the redesigned Caparison BH-R/F pickup and medium frets rather than the jumbos of the original Angelus.

*4 Way Rotary Switch

Combining the 4-way rotary switch and 3-way pickup selector switch allows for a vast array of tonal diverstiy from the Angelus.

Angelus-HGS, new FD Pro Trans finishes mean even heavier, crushing tone
The original Caparison FD finish has now been developed to include transparent colours.
The new finish is known as "Pro Trans Colors".
The HGS Sound is further strengthened by this Pro Trans color which helps to accentuate the rich sound of the Mid-low range.

Schaller's bridge with fine tuner is mounted to improve the tuning accuracy. The flame arched top body creates deep and rich sounds.

*B tuning is set upon shipment.
*It is the regular tuning E 6 string step down to B tuning.

Progressive Transparent Colors

The micro-particle is contained in this coating.

The unevenness of this micro-particle on this surface causes rich sound of the mid-low range.

*Angelus-HGS ships set up to Drop B tuning.

About HGS (Heavy Gauge Strings)
This unique design was produced due to requests from Caparison endorsees.
The design itself employs heavy gauge strings (10-52) for tuning down, popular in the modern metal scene. The bridge position is mounted 3mm further along than regularly seen on other guitars; this is to help when adjusting heavy gauge strings to lower pitches. (On a standard guitar bridge saddles tend to be stretched back around the rear of their full travel to alow for correct intonation.
In addition, the pickup position is changed in relation to the altered bridge position.
The HGS eliminates the need for Drop C and Drop B players to shift baritone guitars in their quest for a properly intonated low tuned guitar. No need to adjust one's playing style to suit a longer neck and differently spaced frets.
The Caparison HGS range has also proven reliable for regular tuning with heavy gauge strings and holds just as perfectly with "dropped" D tuning.
